Metropolitan Development

Called Brookfield Junction, Metropolitan’s development would consist of a three-story, 32,000-square-foot building and a three-story, 48,000-square-foot building on the east side of Brookfield Road just north of railroad tracks. The buildings would have underground parking and a total of about 25,000 square feet of leasable retail or office space.
