Biloba Brewing Co. has two simple and community-oriented goals: the first, to create unique and tasty beers using only the purest and simplest of ingredients, while two, creating strong ties with the community it serves. Crafting beer to suit Wisconsin’s ever-fluctuating seasons, one taste and you’ll know you’re home.

Their name comes from the Ginkgo biloba tree, a unique species that deeply roots itself in the soil and sprouts erratic branches. As this small microbrewery’s mission includes laying lasting roots in the Brookfield community, the name is very fitting indeed.

Biloba Brewing Company produces beer using our 1BBL brewing system in-house. We focus on crafting unique beers that will be featured on a rotating basis in our tasting room and available for purchase through growler sales. We are continually growing our barrel aging and bottle membership program for release of our specialty ales.
